
Kevin Espinosa is a graduate of Bradley University and has held many positions such as Lab Engineer, Dealer Service Operations, Project Leader in Software development, Dealer Account Manager, 6 Sigma Black Belt, CRM Analyst, and Web Service Manager.
He has experience in Dealer operations, Customer Relationship Management, Call centers operations, Multi-channel marketing, SEO/SEM. Kevin is currently the eBusiness Platform Manager responsible for Caterpillar’s public facing web sites, social media efforts, and CRM center of excellence.
